The website. This site provides information about carpet and upholstery cleaning services in the Seattle–Kent area and lets you request quotes. Content is provided in good faith; pricing shown in guides is typical-range information, and your actual quote is the binding number.

Quotes and services. Submitting a form or calling is a request for contact, not a contract. Services, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed directly before any work begins. Service requests may be fulfilled by Emerald City Carpet Cleaners or by a partner licensed and insured local provider, who will identify themselves when they contact you.

Results. We assess honestly and never guarantee outcomes that depend on carpet condition (e.g., permanent stains, dye damage, subfloor odor) — anything we can't promise, we say so before starting.

Liability. Use of this website is at your own risk; our liability related to the website itself is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Service work is covered by our business insurance, discussed at booking.
